For me houses mean single house, twin house, building, town house or apartment. Everyone wants to buy a good and cheap house. But what is the meaning of good and cheap?

Cheap house is not low income housing, a house with low price for people who get low income. Cheap house can be different prices for different people. The price may be high, medium or low price.

The cheap house are

  1. the house that the price is cheaper than normal price. For example normally a single house is 2 million baht. But there is a house which is in the same location and quality and is only 1.8 million baht. The second house is a cheap house. Or the first apartment is 5 hundred thousand and the second apartment is only 4 hundred thousand. So the second is a cheap apartment.
  2. the house that the price is lower than the evaluation of a bank for example the evaluation of a house is 1 million but you pay for the house only 8 hundred thousand.
  3. the house that you can sell it and get a good profit. There are many seasons that you can get a cheap house for example the owner needs money, illness of a member of the family, children’s education, going abroad, jobless, discredit and so on.

Good house

The meaning of good house is not only the body of the house but it include a location and many factors : so a good house means

  1. Good body : It means a house is built with good materials, strong, good design and good decoration.
  2. Good location : It is near your office, a shopping center , a school, a university, a market, a bank or good communication.
  3. Good public utility : It means good road, electricity, water supply, telephone water drainage and so on.
  4. Good community service : It includes guard, getting rid of garbage, clean, communication.
  5. Good nature : It includes clean air, park, good view, calm.
  6. Good social : It is a good house with good neighbors no crime.
